These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Casari. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're using Casari on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Casari is software that connects to short-term rental platforms and PMSs (OwnerRez, PriceLabs, AirROI, and others), pulls data on your behalf, and surfaces AI-assisted recommendations and operational tools. You retain ownership of all data you connect or generate.
Casari is a paid subscription. The current price is published on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime inside the app; you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months, but you're welcome to export your data.
If you sign up for a free trial, you'll be charged the first monthly fee at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
Casari uses AI to draft messages, suggest pricing, and surface insights. AI output is a recommendation, not a guarantee — you remain responsible for messages that get sent, prices that get applied, and decisions that get made on your behalf. We surface confidence levels and reasoning so you can decide when to trust AI outputs.
Casari connects to third-party services (OwnerRez, PriceLabs, AirROI, SendBlue, Microsoft, Plaid, Seam, Zernio, QuickBooks). Your relationship with those services is governed by their terms, not ours. We're not responsible for downtime, data loss, or policy changes on the third-party side. If a third-party service revokes our access or changes its API, some Casari features may stop working.
To the extent permitted by law, Casari's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You can cancel anytime. We can terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of Casari after changes means you accept them.
