Does Casari send messages without me?
ARI only sends replies when you set it to Auto. On Draft, every reply waits for you to approve it, and you can switch ARI off for any property. Workflows you set up, like a welcome message, send on their own schedule.
Which channels does it answer?
Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com threads, texts and iMessage, and inquiries before a guest books. For email, ARI writes a draft for you to send.
What happens with urgent problems?
ARI does not auto-send its reply to an urgent problem, and Casari calls your phone right away.
